Elevating V1 to V2
HR Tracks had a functioning product and a clear vision for where it needed to go. We took their V1 and rebuilt it as a fully responsive V2: redesigned interface, restructured data, and audit logging throughout. Four years later it is still running on that foundation, with our team maintaining it the whole way.
A V2 is a chance to fix everything the first version taught you. We started by mapping how HR Tracks actually got used, then restructured the data model around those workflows instead of the assumptions V1 was built on. The interface was redesigned to work across desktop, tablet, and mobile, and audit logs were added so every change to staff and hiring records is tracked.
The result was a faster, cleaner platform that the client's customers could trust with sensitive HR data. Since launch we have stayed on as the maintenance team, keeping the platform stable and shipping improvements as the product has matured.

Rebuilt on Bubble.io for the long run
Built on Bubble.io as a fully responsive web app. We restructured the V1 data model around real usage, rebuilt the interface for all screen sizes, and added audit logging across staff and hiring records. The platform has run on this foundation since 2022 with ongoing maintenance.
